Mernadeth Sicutan is this year’s Hiyas sa Kadayawan (Kadayawan Festival Gem). Sicutan, who is from the Ata tribe, is studying B.S. Secondary Education at Rizal Memorial Colleges. She won PhP 50,000 cash plus other prizes from sponsors.
Jalma Bete Mohamad from the Kalagan tribe is Hiyas sa Kauswagan (Gem of Progress, 1st runner up) and Fatima Sharine Jadjuli from the Tausug tribe is Hiyas sa Tingusbawan (Gem of Fulfilled Promise, 2nd runner up).
The coronation night was held last night, August 20, 2010, at the Davao City Recreational Center (Almendras Gym).
