California Berry, Another Frozen Yogurt Alternative

We have started loving frozen yogurt since we first tasted it in SM City Davao, and confirmed it through another tasting at Gaisano Mall of Davao. Third time’s the charm, right?

Yep, we’re here on another frozen yogurt appreciation experience. This time, we checked out California Berry, a delightfully colorful yogurt stand that opened last May 14, 2010.

Their version of the frozen yogurt has some slight differences with the others. For starters, theirs was a tinge more sour than what we have normally tasted. Still, the richness of the flavors mixed into the California Berry concoction was superb.

My only frustration was that we didn’t choose the best flavors to mix into the frozen yogurt. Out of spur-of-the-moment decision making, I chose toppings that we think would taste great: mangoes, chocolate chips, crushed almonds and strawberry syrup. I guess we should have stuck with their menu choices. 🙂

Still, California Berry gives Dabawenyos another alternative and opportunity to appreciate the healthy frozen yogurt.
