Gaisano Malls

ACCOUNTING / FINANCE

ACCOUNTING STAFF

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Non-licensed are welcome to apply), Management Accounting or any Business-related course
  • Familiarity with Oracle is an advantage

BUSINESS CONTROL & AUDIT

AUDIT TEAM LEAD

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in similar capacity. Experience in retail industry a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley an advantage
  • Demonstrated leadership including prior experience interacting with and supporting senior executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership skills required.

INTERNAL AUDITOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance
  • A thorough education and experience in audit especially in retail industry
  • A comprehensive knowledge in computer systems used in the retail industry
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

MALL OPERATIONS / MALL ADMIN

PARALEGAL

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts/Legal Management / Bachelor of Laws
  • Has experience in paralegal work preferably in a law office/in-house Legal Department (corporate)
  • Competent in drafting of pleadings, letters, contract reviews, document review and editing, etc
  • Extensive background in legal research, reporting, and compliance

SECURITY SUPERVISOR (Bajada, Toril, Tagum, Digos)

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or any related course
  • Computer literate; good written & oral communication skills

MASTER PLUMBER

  • Vocational School / Short-term Courses resulting in Master Plumber’s License / Certificate
  • Experienced Maintenance and Repair Technician
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • An operating knowledge of general plumbing repair and maintenance equipment

LICENSED ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL ENGINEER

  • A licensed Engineer with at least 2 years of solid experience in the retail industry
  • Ability to handle a team

LEASING ASSISTANT

  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably Social and Behavioral Science
  • With pleasing personality and must be able to interact well with people
  • Computer literate

STORE OPERATIONS

OPERATIONS MANAGER – SUPERMARKET

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 5 years experience in Operations preferably in FMCG/Retail/ Supermarkets/ Hypermarkets or in high volume retail companies
  • Strong communication, analytical, planning, leadership and managerial skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications,  Human Resources,  Business Administration or any related course
  • Minimum of 5years experience in managing a team in a retail environment, with ahistory of dealing with customers on a face to face basis

WAREHOUSE MANAGER – DEPARTMENT STORE & SUPERMARKET

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/ Mechanical)/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Inventory, Dispatching, and Truck Management
  • Exposure in Retail industry is an advantage

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – FOOD AND BEVERAGE / DEPARTMENT STORE / SUPERMARKET

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Has the aptitude for management and marketing strategies
  • Computer literate

HUMAN RESOURCES

HR MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in retail industry

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Nursing
  • At least 3 year relevant work experience
  • OSH Practitioner is an advantage
  • Have taken seminars from OSHC of Occupational Safety and Health

HR OFFICER – COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefits administration
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

HR ASSISTANT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
  • People-oriented and with good interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and can work well with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work a longer shift if required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

MARKETING

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications *with PR experience
  • Has a background or experience in events management and sponsorships
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral )
  • Advanced research skills.
  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • “People person” who is confident and has a positive personality

VISUAL DISPLAY ARTIST

  • At least High school graduate with equivalent work experience in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia
  • Able to create artworks to target the high end market
