As the legendary hotel celebrates its 65th founding anniversary, the Pamintuan family aims to bring back the pride and image of Apo View Hotel, by showcasing the history and heritage of Davao.
According to CEO Chris Pamintuan, Apo View is the second longest running hotel in the Philippines, next only to Manila Hotel. While he admits that they lagged in terms of marketing in the past, Apo View Hotel remains to be one of the market leaders in Davao City. This time, the family corporation is working to strengthen its social media presence and online reservation system.

- Jinky Vidal of Freestyle, Jay Durias of Southborder and jazz musician Angel Balbin started their careers singing at the Apo View Hotel.
- From 15 rooms in 1948, the hotel now offers more than 150 rooms, two restaurants, and venues for conventions and banquets.
